Initial One-on-One Consultation $110.00
This is where you receive one-on-one attention from the Registered Dietitian! This includes a 60-minute initial assessment, analysis of present diet and preliminary recommendations and collaborative goal setting.
Grocery Store Tour $140.00
Let our Registered Dietitian guide you through your grocery store and teach you how to make healthy choices! You pick the location. Please, only a maximum of 3 people per session.
Comprehensive Nutrition Package $510.00
This package includes one personal initial consultation, 7 days of meal planning advice, three 45-minute follow-ups with your Dietitian, AND a grocery tour at the store of your choice!
Follow-Ups
One Session $90.00
This includes 45 minutes with the Registered Dietitian.
Follow Up Option A $430.00
Includes five 45 minute sessions with the Registered Dietitian
Follow Up Option B $270.00
Includes three 45 minute sessions with the Registered Dietitian
